Gorgeous hotel with modern twists, large bed and comfy pillows, spacious bathroom with full shower, well-appointed and comfortable room, quiet and clean building, unique location near Parliament and landmarks.

The fantastic location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was within walking distance of all the main attractions and there was a nearby tube station for easy transportation. The hotel staff were friendly and cute, providing excellent recommendations and directions. I also loved the fact that the hotel had a restaurant with delicious food.

The accessible room was not suitable for wheelchair users. It was difficult to reach certain amenities such as the spy hole, clothes hangers, curtains, and lamps.

Pillows. Very hard. Not very comfortable.

Well-equipped rooms with comfortable beds, natural sunlight, and amenities like a kettle, fridge, and safe. Excellent staff providing a fun kids' activity and a delightful wine hour. Understated elegance and beautiful Christmas decoration create a classy atmosphere. Great value for its prime location and comfort.

The staff were cute and helpful, the location was convenient for sightseeing, the hotel and room were clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the concierge staff provided useful advice, the lobby was beautiful.

Its location, walking you know very important historical areas. Still side by side with Buckingham Palace, St James's Park, and many more. Close to everything, subway station, restaurants and bars.. With the accommodation they offer you the breakfast buffet.. Nice and comfortable rooms.

Small rooms for what the hotel costs. Missing shelves for clothes, bad design. Lights don't work with the room key, you have to turn them off every time you leave, wifi pretty bad. In the restaurant, there was a lack of bread toaster, oil, you had to ask the staff for coffee and toast. Good hotel, but you expect more for what it costs. That if, the personnel a 10.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a minute's walk from St James's Place tube station and close to Victoria station. The hotel facilities were great, especially the cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We also loved the elegant Christmas decor in the lobby, creating a lovely and comforting atmosphere. this hotel was awesome in terms of its location, cleanliness, facilities, and staff.

perfect location. westminster abbey, big ben, parliament, buckingham palace, trafalgar square, london eye, waterloo, piccadilly circus..... hotel is very old and in very good condition. the rooms were impeccably clean. entire staff is extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. in the room you will find everything you need even eu power sockets. beds were very comfortable. breakfast was sensational; here everything was provided. restaurant is also highly recommended. during our next visit to london we will gladly come back to the st. ermin's hotel.

A little more choice in the minibar would have been perfect.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to major sites in the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and all necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, always ready to assist with a smile. Although the breakfast was a bit limited, there are plenty of nearby options to choose from. Additionally, being near an office building provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

The breakfast buffet was a bit expensive considering the limited variety of options.

Near to all amenities, station London Victoria , Buckingham, Westminster, London Eye , Underground St James. Perfect staff ! Rates would have been good if everything had been perfect, but it lacks a little something for that.

too soft beds, noisy rooms (works? from 06h in the morning) and not very spacious. rates good if everything had been perfect, but it lacks a little something for that like for example Pdj at 20 € where if you want an omelet it's a spp of 8 €, slightly expensive the 2 eggs!

I recently stayed at this place and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and comfort I received during my stay. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to all the sightseeing spots, and the nearby subway stop made it very convenient to get around quickly. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and always helpful in answering my questions and requests. The amenities in the room were great, including tea and coffee facilities, and the mini-bar was well-stocked.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

hotel is ideally located in central London, just a short walk from Saint Jame's Park station. rooms are comfortable, clean and bedding is impeccable (which is a real plus after a busy day of sightseeing for people with weak backs :-) )! breakfast is delicious and, as a bonus, hotel staff is great!

I had the most amazing stay at this boutique hotel. The beautiful entrance immediately set the tone for a good experience. The staff were really nice too make my stay special, even surprising my son with a birthday cake for his 16th. The room was spacious and well-appointed, perfect for our family. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to the underground and within walking distance of major attractions. The blend of historic charm and modern comfort made for a unique stay. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a long wait for afternoon tea and a small bathroom, I would highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel. We were really surprised by the unique and historic charm of the hotel's lobby. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved the extra touch of the complimentary wine and small bites offered in the evenings. The room was well-appointed and we appreciated the free bottled water and Kit Kat candy bar. we had a lovely and relaxing experience at this fabulous boutique hotel.
